GLSHD volunteers and staff held a group of lectures and workshops targeting different age groups of school students in south west Hebron (Idna, Deir Samit and Beit Awwa). These lectures were about the electronic waste and the impact of its burning. 

Presentation of the laboratory tests' results of different samples taken from the population of these areas were used in lectures, including blood and water samples. Which showed the negative impact of this phenomenon on health and environment, by showing elevated carcinogenic heavy metals concentration in blood and water. Alternative processing of E. waste was also discussed targeting the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle.
