The construction of Mercy Charitable Rehabilitation Hospital represents a vital step toward addressing the growing need for accessible and specialized rehabilitation services in the Hebron region and across Palestine. the opening of the 1st stage requires urgent 300,000 USD to launch its first phase, With limited public facilities equipped to provide long-term rehabilitative care for children and adults, this hospital will serve as a cornerstone for supporting patients with disabilities, brain injuries, post-surgical patients, stroke survivors, and others in need of physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychological support and orthotics and artificial limbs.

Looking ahead, Green Land Society envisions the hospital as a leading center for community-based rehabilitation, medical innovation, and inclusive care. Our goal is not only to complete the physical infrastructure but to ensure that the hospital is fully equipped, staffed, and sustainably managed.

Importance and Future Vision of the Project

This project plays a critical role in bridging the gap in health services for women living in marginalized and hard-to-reach communities. By providing regular medical check-ups, preventive care, and health education, the project not only improves individual health outcomes but also strengthens the overall resilience and well-being of entire families. Women are empowered to make informed decisions about their health, pregnancy, and lifestyle, which contributes to healthier generations and more cohesive communities.

Looking ahead, we envision expanding the scope of the project to cover additional rural areas, introduce mobile health units, and integrate digital health solutions to increase access and efficiency. We also aim to enhance training programs for local healthcare workers to build sustainable community-based health systems. Through continued collaboration with partners and supporters, we are committed to ensuring that every woman, regardless of her location or circumstances, has the right to quality healthcare and the knowledge to protect her health.

Wheels of Hope Project

The Wheels of Hope project continued its impactful journey, achieving remarkable progress in supporting patients referred by the Ministry of Health for treatment in hospitals in Jerusalem and inside the Israel. Now in its seventh year (2018-2025), the initiative successfully served hundreds patients with the dedicated support of volunteers and taxi drivers, demonstrating the project’s steadfast commitment to facilitating access to essential medical care.

As part of its efforts to expand reach and serve more beneficiaries, the project launched awareness campaigns via radio and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to attract new volunteers and patients and to raise community awareness about the importance of the initiative. Additionally, a recreational days are organized , bringing together patients, their families, and volunteers. These  events features a variety of engaging activities, including a communal lunch, entertainment for children, clown performances, and the distribution of gifts, offering participants a joyful break away from the challenges of illness and treatment.
